Tsukuyo

Tsukuyo is a blonde-haired woman with a scar over her forehead and left cheek. She is one of the better-known Hundred Blooms of Yoshiwara, a female law enforcement squad. Initially appearing cold-hearted, she later befriends Odd Jobs. Tsukuyo has a difficult past, being orphaned and raised by a ruthless assassin, Jiraia. Her loyalty and home lie with Hinowa, who helped raise her during her childhood.
