Synopsis
The Laughing Man is a character from the anime "Koukaku Kidoutai: Stand Alone Complex," which aired in 2002, and its sequel. He is an ultimate hacker capable of impressive feats, such as hijacking multiple video streams simultaneously and editing his images out of someone's cybernetic eyes in real time.
