Teletha Testarossa

Teletha "Tessa" Testarossa is the charming yet clumsy Captain of the TDD-1 'Tuatha de Danaan', a submarine operated by the anti-terrorist organization 'Mithril'. Born in America, she has spent most of her life on submarines and military bases. A child prodigy, she achieved her rank at just 16 years old, boasting silver hair and grey eyes. While not particularly athletic, she excels at swimming and has a complicated relationship with Sousuke Sagara, which creates a love triangle with Kaname Chidori, although Tessa and Kaname are good friends.
