Synopsis
Kenzou Tenma is a Japanese neurosurgeon at Eisler Memorial Hospital in Düsseldorf. Initially favored by the department director for his exceptional surgical skills, he faces a moral crisis when he chooses to save a young boy over the city's mayor, resulting in unjust demotion. Nine years later, he discovers that the perpetrator of several hospital murders is the boy he saved, Johan Liebert. Plagued by guilt, Kenzou sets out to find Johan and end the life of the "monster" he feels responsible for creating.
