Synopsis
A 19-year old officer serving the Royal Space Force. Tchallichammi is a close friend and colleague of the film's protagonist, Shirotsugh Lhadatt. He frequently serves as a lighthearted, grounded contrast to Shirotsugh, often teasing him during their shared downtime.
