Synopsis
Danpei Tange is a main character from the anime "Ashita no Joe," first introduced in 1970. He serves as Joe's serious and responsible mentor, helping him start his boxing career. A former boxer, Danpei became a homeless alcoholic after being forced to quit due to an injury, but he finds a new purpose in training Joe.
