Kappeita Taira

Kappeita Taira, or Capeta, is the main character in the 2005 anime "Capeta." He is a fourth-grade boy who lost his mother at a young age and struggles with loneliness despite trying to appear tough for his father. When his father brings home junk parts to build a racing cart, Capeta discovers he can compete against other racers, despite the cart's issues.
