Synopsis
Chouji Suitenguu is the main antagonist in the 2005 anime "Speed Grapher." He appears to be using Kagura and her mother to expand his influence and profits, but he has a hidden vengeance plan. As a Euphoria, he possesses the ability to manipulate his own blood for both attack and defense.
