Synopsis
A student from Rintama High Schoool and one of Hirutani's henchmen. In the Toei anime, he and the rest of the stun gun troopers take over the role of the yo-yo troopers from the manga (except for B and D who are absent) and are renamed to simply "Hirutani's henchmen".
