Synopsis
Connie Springer is a member of the 104th Training Corps, where he ranked eighth, hailing from the rural village of Ragako within Wall Rose. His greatest ambition was making his family and village proud, and after graduation he joined the Survey Corps, later serving as an ambassador.
Outgoing and impetuous, Connie enjoys expressing his opinions and showing off, starting out as an unfocused trainee who preferred goofing around with friends over serious training. Repeated close encounters with the Titans gradually strip away that naive enthusiasm, though he remains prone to confusion when facing new developments. He comes to terms with his own limitations while staying optimistic and caring toward his friends and family — a warmth that costs him dearly as tragedy after tragedy chips away at him, hardening him with grief-driven anger over time.
