Synopsis
Smoker, known as the White Hunter, is a Marine officer who first appears in «One Piece» in 1999. He is characterized by his muscular build and the distinct habit of smoking two cigars at once. Unlike many other Marines, Smoker does not adhere to Absolute Justice, following his own brand of justice instead. Despite his stern appearance, he has a softer side and is good friends with Captain Hina and former Admiral Kuzan.
