Synopsis
A villainous ninjutsu master called Oroku Saki (Oroku Sawaki in some Japanese adaptations)i. In every incarnation of the TMNT franchise, he has been the archenemy of Splinter and the Turtles. He is also the leader of the Foot Clan.
