Synopsis
A flashy and loud Navi, ShiningMan is usually singing or humming and talks in a exaggerated way, often to the annoyance of those around him. Him and his operator work at a lighthouse.
ShiningMan.EXE appears to be based on the 70's Japanese superhero Rainbowman.
