Synopsis
Hikaru Shindou is the protagonist of the anime "Hikaru no Go," who embarks on his journey in the world of Go after meeting the spirit Sai. Initially, as a sixth grader, he finds the game boring, but his passion grows over time, especially after encountering his rival Akira Toya. Hikaru evolves from a school Go club member to a professional Go player by the age of 14, showcasing his ability to read the game quickly and make unexpected moves.
