Synopsis
Seiran Shi is a main character from the anime "Saiunkoku Monogatari," which first aired in 2006. He began as a low-ranking army officer and is the sole remaining retainer of the Hong household. Devoted to protecting the family, Seiran often risks his own well-being. His true identity is revealed when he is discovered to be the exiled elder brother of Emperor Ryuki.
