Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage from "Naruto", is the younger brother of the First Hokage and Tsunade's great-uncle. As a member of the Senju Clan, he helped foster the growth of Konohagakure alongside his brother. Renowned as the greatest master of water jutsu, Tobirama could create water from nothing, allowing him to perform any Suiton technique without a source. He also taught the Third Hokage and was one of the founders of the Hidden Leaf.
