Synopsis
Sekirai, also called Sekirai the Flame (炎の赤雷 Honoo no Sekirai), is the former captain of the 5th Ninku corps, the Dragon Ninku (竜忍 Ryu-nin, the Dragon Ninja). He has the ability to control fire and suffers from narcolepsy.
