Kou Seiya is the main character in the anime "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars" and the leader of the Sailor Starlights. He is known for his confidence and sometimes arrogance, making him a memorable character. He also serves in supporting roles in other "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" projects. He is voiced by Shiho Niiyama in the Japanese version.
