Synopsis
Sanakan is a high-level agent of the Safeguard, first appearing as a short young girl with black hair. She has a particular interest in wiping out the human tribe of Electro-Fishers and seems to know Killy from the past. Sanakan has three forms: a child form, a battle form as a Safeguard, and a humanoid form similar to Killy. In her battle form, she uses a GBE like Killy, but larger. She ultimately aids Killy in destroying the Safeguard that threatens Cibo's core.
