Shimei Ryomou is a prominent character in the anime «Ikkitousen», known as one of the Four Devas of Nanyo. With her short blue hair, green eyes, and a distinctive mole on her left cheek, she wears a mysterious eye patch over her left eye. A powerful fighter, Ryomou specializes in professional wrestling moves and uses handcuffs in her attacks. Her backstory is largely unknown, but she is in love with Saji and shares a close bond with Teifu. In the anime, her character is portrayed as more serious and less emotional than in the manga, actively assisting her friends, including Hakufu.
