Synopsis
Rill, known as Riru in the anime, is an examiner of the Magic Exams, who is able to use future magic. He and his familia, Ruby, are first introduced when giving Nina the potion to remove the Crystal Pearl. Although a minor character, his actions prove to be quite important to the story.
