Haine Rammsteiner

Haine Rammsteiner is an albino gunman who underwent genetic manipulation as a child in "Dogs: Bullets & Carnage". He has a collar fused to the back of his neck that allows him to quickly recover from injuries. Emotionally distant, Haine has no qualms about killing and has developed gynophobia after a traumatic incident. He forms a bond with Nill, another genetic experiment, which allows him to overcome some of his fears.
