Synopsis
Rakka is the newest resident of Old Home and the main character of "Haibane Renmei." The series focuses on her adjustment to the strange new world of Glie. While she is happy to have several new friends, Rakka often wonders who she was before becoming a Haibane and if her family exists somewhere in this world. She feels a connection with the birds of Glie, especially since her dream involved falling with only a crow for company. Rakka is amiable and quickly becomes attached to her new family.
