Queen

Queen is the in-game handle of a player who appears only in the anime's first episode and has no counterpart in the original light novel. She's introduced as the strongest member of Night Opera, an online guild some twelve hundred players strong, squaring off against the still-unnamed Blank in what turns out to be one of the siblings' final matches before they're pulled into Disboard.

She plays dirty by the game's own rules, stacking spells in quick succession to overwhelm opponents who can't react fast enough, and loses her composure fast when Blank dodges every attack anyway. Rather than resent the defeat, she finds their evasive skill and composure impressive, calling them cool even as she loses — a small, almost throwaway moment that nonetheless frames the siblings as players operating on a level above anyone they'd met before Disboard.

Queen never resurfaces after the opening episode, and little else is recorded about her beyond that brief exchange; she functions mainly as a glimpse of the world Sora and Shiro are about to leave behind — a reminder of exactly how far outside ordinary competition the two of them already were.
