Firo Prochainezo from «Baccano!» is one of the youngest members of the Martillo family and a skilled fighter. Orphaned at ten, he was taken in by the head of the Martillo family after a failed robbery attempt. He is tasked with monitoring casinos to prevent cheating and later becomes an executive member of the family. When Maiza leaves the family in the 1970s, Firo takes on the role of the family's bookkeeper until Maiza returns.
