Synopsis
Phillip is Lupin's uncle. He is imprisoned at Execution Island, a prison island, after being caught, following his break in at Douglas's vault.
Lupin enters the prison in-order to find out how Phillip, the only person to successfully break into Douglas's vault, managed to do it
