Perona, known as the "Ghost Princess," is a character from the anime "One Piece." Dressed in Gothic Lolita fashion, she serves as a commander in Gecko Moria's army on the Thriller Bark ship. With the power of the Horo Horo no mi (Ghost Ghost fruit), she can create ghosts that induce depression in others. Her dream is to establish her own country filled with cute zombie animals, with herself as their leader.
