Synopsis
Okakura is one of Kazuki's friends, and the resident pervert. He gets jealous easily, and wants to be in love like Kazuki. In "Buso Renkin After," he asks out Busujima Hanaka after she transfers to Ginsei High. Okakura obsesses over his hair, calling it his "Regent Hairstyle Attack".
