Nora

Known on record as the Stray — Nora in the original Japanese — she is a shinki who has passed through an unusual number of masters: Yato's father, Yato himself, Rabō, and two other gods, before settling once again with Father. That constant reassignment says a lot about her — she has never really belonged anywhere, and Yato is, in a strange way, family to her.

Like Yato, Nora is shaped and directed by Father's demands more than by her own will, which makes her read as a villain for long stretches of the story even though she is arguably just another piece being moved by someone else. Wiki lore around her describes her, cryptically, as a child who died before she was ever born — framed as a being who was never taught the difference between good and evil, and acts accordingly.
