Synopsis
He is a member of Neo WWW founded by Tesla Magnets where he has the most weird plans at. He appears first in episode 10, where he gets Asteroid Videoman from Slur after his newest video work had been rejected by his superior. His favorite color is pink. That may be why he looks like a gay person; however, he's metrosexual.
