Mumen Rider

Satoru, better known by his hero alias Mumen Rider, is the C-Class Rank 1 professional hero of the Hero Association and one of the few people who fully grasp just how strong Saitama really is.

Extremely brave, loyal and honorable, Mumen Rider refuses to ignore any crime no matter how small, and never backs down from a fight regardless of the odds against him — perfectly willing to give his life protecting innocent people even when victory is clearly impossible. Fully aware of how weak he is compared to other heroes, he doesn't feel he deserves to rank higher, yet he still takes on threats meant for A-Class heroes or above, buying time for stronger allies to arrive while other C-Class heroes flee. His deep passion for justice shows most clearly in how much he values the people who've saved him, going out of his way to properly thank Saitama for it.
