Synopsis
Monet is a harpy who serves as a scout and assistant to Caesar Clown at the research facility on Punk Hazard. Revealed to be a deep cover agent for Donquixote Doflamingo, she has a flippant personality and enjoys the chaos caused by the Straw Hat Pirates. Monet exhibits sadistic tendencies, finding amusement in the suffering of others, and is known for her distinctive laugh, "Ufufufufu". She first appeared in Chapter 657 of "One Piece."
