Ichigo Momomiya

Ichigo Momomiya is the main character of "Tokyo Mew Mew", a normal 13-year-old junior high student whose DNA was mysteriously merged with that of an Iriomote Wildcat. Now she is the leader of a group of girls whose DNA were also merged with that of endangered species. Initially, Ichigo wants nothing to do with the "Mew Project", but later grudgingly accepts her fate, realizing the importance of her task. She embodies the typical magical girl heroine traits: sweet, caring, and emotionally reactive, especially when it comes to her crush, Masaya.
