Mifune

Mifune is a legendary samurai and bodyguard to the young witch Angela Leon, later blackmailed into serving Arachne Gorgon and her organization, Arachnophobia.

Stoic, quiet, and serious, Mifune cares about little beyond the duty directly in front of him — protecting the people entrusted to his care. In battle he's a cold, analytical tactician who reads an opponent's smallest movements, but outside combat he shows real warmth and protectiveness toward children, willing to put himself in danger to shield them.

It's that loyalty to Angela specifically, rather than any allegiance to Arachnophobia, that ultimately decides which side Mifune ends up on once the organization's goals stop aligning with her safety.
