Touta Matsuda is known as the most outspoken member of the investigation team in "Death Note". He plays a crucial role in the investigation of the Yotsuba Group under the alias Taro Matsui. Following L's instructions, he gains the trust of the company's board members and serves as a decoy to lure suspects.
