Alice Margatroid

Alice Margatroid is a character from the anime "Touhou Niji Sousaku Doujin Anime: Musou Kakyou" and the manga "Touhou Sangetsusei: Eastern and Little Nature Deity" and "Touhou Bougetsushou: Silent Sinner in Blue". She is a young youkai magician who was once human, known for her obsession with dolls that she creates to assist her in household chores. Although she appears indifferent, Alice is actually quite cowardly, which contrasts with her impressive magical abilities and dexterity in controlling her dolls. She is voiced by Nichika Oomori.
