Synopsis
Mao is a Contractor who has lost his original body and now resides within that of a black cat in "Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha". His code is HM-432. Mao can possess the bodies of other animals, creating diversions for Hei in battle. Although he lost his remuneration along with his body, he must periodically connect to the wireless network to prevent the animal's instincts from taking over. Mao hates the spring season, as most cats seek partners.
