19 years old and the current organizer of the annual Hangenkai's Selection Battle. Apparently, Lucha took over the tournament from his father who passed away due to some illness. He has a very playful personality and usually a careless attitude, he even changes the rules of the tournament on a whim.

His power is to split an object or a living being into pieces for a limited time. When the ability is used on a living being it does not cause any pain, and according to him it is a very relaxing experience.
