Synopsis
Lippo is a Blacklist Hunter who served as examiner for the Third and Fourth Phases of the 287th Hunter Exam. His record includes the capture of Johness the Dissector, the most notorious mass murderer in Zaban City's history.
He is a petite man with a striking violet mohawk, red eyes and large eyeglasses — tinted orange in the 1999 series.
Lippo enjoys watching fights and has a pronounced sweet tooth. To get the prisoners inside Trick Tower to fight the applicants, he offered them a year off their sentence for every hour they managed to stall the group.
It was he who announced that the next phase would be a manhunt on Zevil Island, where every applicant would be both hunter and prey. As a Pro Hunter he can use Nen, and being trusted with an exam of that difficulty points to real proficiency in it.
