One of four Shisei of the Kuryuu Island, they were sent by Bunchu to defeat Taikobou while he was on his way to Seiki.
Paopei: Bankouju, a huge flying orb, it automatically avoids ranged attacks of the enemy and able to shoot beams of light in all directions.
