Mitsuki Kouyama from "Full Moon wo Sagashite" dreams of becoming a singer, promising that her dream will come true with her lost love, Eichi-kun. Tragically, she suffers from throat cancer and is visited by two shinigami, Meroko and Takuto, who help her pursue her singing aspirations and overcome her illness. Throughout her journey, Mitsuki experiences loss and finds new love, all while her heart and voice continue to sing.
