Miyuki Kobayakawa is Natsumi's partner and roommate in "Taiho Shichau zo". While not as physically tough as Natsumi, she is much smarter and more polite. A technical genius, Miyuki frequently modifies vehicles for the precinct and is an excellent driver. She has a crush on Ken Nakajima but struggles to express her feelings throughout the series.
