Rei Kiriyama

Rei Kiriyama is the main character of the manga "3-gatsu no Lion," who became a professional shogi player while in middle school. After the tragic loss of his parents and sister in a car accident, he was taken in by his father's friend, who became his mentor in shogi. After becoming a professional, Rei chose not to attend high school but later decided to enroll after a one-year delay.
