Synopsis
The blond bishonen and Visual Kei rockstar messenger sent by ACROSS Headquarters with "special instructions" for Il Palazzo. His beauty, musical skill, and disdainful delivery of Headquarters' message (as well as the message itself) cause Lord Il Palazzo no end of anger and tension.
