Kotarou Katsura from "Gintama" is a former comrade of Gintoki during the Joi war. After the Amanto takeover of Japan, he continues to resist, leading a band of followers. His weapon of choice is a metallic grenade, and he is a wanted man due to his involvement in terrorist activities against the Bakufu. Although initially violent, he has come to believe in changing the country without sacrifice. Known for his outdated humor, Katsura often wears disguises, notably a pirate costume, calling himself 'Space Captain Katsura.'
