Hinagiku Katsura

Hinagiku is the current student council president and kendo club president at Hakuou Academy, where Nagi, Isumi, and eventually Hayate attend. A kendo expert, she first meets Hayate when he gets lost on campus and invites him to the clocktower. Hinagiku allows him to call her by her first name and seems infatuated with his charm, despite her strong personality and fear of heights.
