Masaru Katou

Masaru Katou is the main character from "Gantz," known for his kind-hearted nature and desire to help others. After losing his parents, he takes on the responsibility of caring for his younger brother, whom he fiercely protects. Katou was a childhood friend of Kei Kurono, and they reunite on the day of their deaths when Katou attempts to help a drunk off the train tracks.
