Synopsis
Noa Izumi from "Kidou Keisatsu Patlabor" is a bubbly, red-headed labor otaku from Hokkaido and the main character of the series. She loves her labor, affectionately naming it "Alphonse." Impulsive by nature, Noa is arguably the best pilot in Division 2, showcasing a natural affinity for labors. Additionally, she has a remarkable ability to recover quickly from hangovers, thanks to her family's liquor store business.
