Synopsis
Noe Isurugi is the main character from the anime «True Tears», appearing in several adaptations including «True Tears: Mini Chara 4-koma Gekijou» and «True Tears Epilogue». She is an odd girl who first meets Shin'ichirou in a tree while picking berries for a chicken. Noe is known for her frank personality and her ability to understand others' feelings.
