Synopsis
Nobuko Ishihara is Risa's best friend in "Lovely★Complex." Fashionable and charming, she is generally wiser than Risa or Chiharu when it comes to love and is always ready to offer advice. Nobuko often sets up romantic moments for Risa and Otani, although these attempts usually fail, leading Risa to seek comfort from her.
